WHAT VIDYATECH DID?
It was getting difficult for the customer to support and enhance the Campaign Benchmark Application, as the developers who originally developed the app had moved on and there was no documentation available to understand the application development process.
The incorrect data computation was resulting in unreliable campaign reports, which were damaging the customer’s goodwill. The problem had started taking a toll.
Vidyatech team of experts took over the tool’s Version 2.5, which was developed by a third party. From documentation and bug-fixes to testing and re-release, all open issues were handled smartly.
Simultaneously, we also supported the existing users. After interviewing the users to ascertain their pain points, we designed and implemented a process to ensure data quality and report accuracy.
We successfully architected, designed, and deployed Version 3 and Version 3.1, and moved to sustained engineering phase.
The Campaign Benchmark Application now works smoothly and seamlessly.
